RECORD OF VERIFICATION OF ACTUAL RESIDENCE — File 2026/40712
1. Address inspected: 14 Rondilla Street, flat 3.
2. Date and time: 4 June, 09:20.
3. Officer in attendance: Sagrario Bidegain, municipal registry officer.
4. Outcome of the visit: Mr Celso Iturmendi, plumber, presents himself at the address, opens the door, produces identity documents and states that he has lived in the property since 1994. Offered verbally: water bills, a van sign-written with this address, and thirty-one years in the neighbourhood.
5. Check against the municipal street register: Rondilla Street has had no number 14 since the renumbering of 2019. The even-numbered entrances on that stretch are today Rondilla 12 and Rondilla 16.
6. Officer's observations: Mr Iturmendi is standing in front of me. The house exists. The number does not.
7. Admissible documentation: none. Form F-22 accepts only certificates issued to an address currently listed in the street register.
8. Proposed resolution: removal from the register for improper entry.
9. Signature of the interested party: Mr Celso Iturmendi refuses to sign and dictates the following for the record:
"Put down that I opened the door for you. Put down that I was here."
