Rocío raises the premium and asks for a place in the same email

From: Rocío Vallcorba, actuary, risk department To: Gaspar Mendieta, Mendieta Driving School Subject: manual driving surcharge, September 2039 rates
Gaspar,
Here's what goes public on Monday, ahead of time. From the 1st, the manual driving surcharge goes from 12 to 40 cents per minute at the wheel. I know what that means for you: with six students and two manual cars, an hour-and-a-half lesson costs you sixty euros in insurance alone.
My department doesn't decide this. The claims record does, meaning the count of injury reports: fourteen out of every fifteen last year had a person driving by hand. The number doesn't argue.
I'm sending it with eleven days' notice so you can raise your prices beforehand rather than after, and so you don't find out from the brochure.
All the best, Rocío
P.S.: this part comes without letterhead. I turn forty-one in October and I have never driven a manual car in my life. Do you have a place left on the course starting on the 1st? I'll pay the full hour with the surcharge included, since I'm the one who signed it. And if it helps the brochure: there are fourteen actuaries in my company and three have already asked me for your number.
